The staff was courteous and welcoming, wearing uniforms fitting for the hotel's Swiss theme. The unique location provides breathtaking views of a long lake flanked by mountains, with the sky constantly changing colors. The dining experience was so worth it, although it took very long. The facilities are top-notch with fresh bread rolls available.
